Contribuisci feedbackA seriously underrated gem of a place. This place is easy to miss because of its odd location. The night I went with my girl friend there was only 1 other customer there. But everything we ordered either satisfied us or exceeded our expectations. Starting with the "house" drinks for $5 , you could take your pick between white/red wine and sake. We picked a sake and a red for the evening. The quality of the drinks was definitely better than what you could get for $5 (although they ran out of house red and gave us something more expensive on the menu). The first dish was the ceviche (actually is more like carpaccio), which although had poor garnish (just some greens) was probably one of best carpaccio/ceviche I've had in a long time. It didnt wow me but definitely hit the spot for my carpaccio cravings. Then the grilled eggplant with miso was the highlight of the evening. A little gem hidden on the first level with a relaxed atmosphere and nice indoor and outdoor setting areas. The menu felt more Japanese then Korean but was very tasty. The soft shell crab hand rolls were a definite highlight.

I am a huge fan of eggplant so I might be biased here, but the soft insides with a slightly glazed miso on the top was a combination that me and my gf could not stop eating. Then we ordered the chef's special noodle soup, this was a bit above average. The soup was great and there was a really good variety of seafood in the mix. I don't rate this one particularly highly, but it did not disappoint. Finally we had the beef tataki sushi roll. This roll should have came out in the beginning because it was a huge monster of a roll with lots of beef inside the roll too. The tataki was actually quite nice, but because it was the end of the meal I would have preferred something lighter. Pros: big and beefy, cons: would have prefered more vegetables and garnish to make it more well-rounded. Very keen to try their other sushi rolls next time I visit. Top picks: house drinks, ceviche and eggplant. Verdict: 4/5 for the meal + 0.5 for the overall experience + 0.5 for it being underrated. 5/5
I ordered Via Deliveroo and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend the salmon tower and the chicken Katsu don. The food was made quickly and the Deliveroo was fast to my door. I will order from them again.
Great little gem that is hidden a level up from the main street. Fresh sashimi, tempura was lightly battered and crispy - prices more than reasonable considering the quality of food. Definitely worth a try.
