Kis Salad - Potts Point

Although I'm not typically a fan of salads, I really appreciate great customer service and high quality fresh ingredients. Well done!

This restaurant has a wonderful concept where customers can choose to either buy a pre-made healthy snack or salad, or they can customize their own. To build their own salad, customers simply fill out an order form with their preferred base greens, choose their protein and add extras of their choice. This allows them to create a salad with exactly what they want. All the ingredients are displayed in front of them so they can see exactly what they are getting. The salad is constructed in a specific order - starting with a good portion of greens, followed by a scoop of each extra ingredient ordered, and then topped with dressing. The salad is then placed in a container with a fork provided and customers are ready to enjoy their meal on the go.

This is a great concept. You can either buy a pre-made healthy snack/salad, or you can create your own - how perfect! The ingredients are all there in front of you, so you can see exactly what you'll get. It's usually a good serving of greens first with a tong-full of each "extra" you order, then your dressing. It's tossed and put into the container for you, delivered with a fork. You're ready to go! Fantastic.

I have never experienced anything like this before! A custom salad bar filled with delicious and nutritious ingredients that you get to select and mix yourself.
