Longhorn Steakhouse - Pottsgrove

We’re to have a table of 8, set up early afternoon for 4:30. Did the text when arrived. Told 5 minutes, checked inside 10 minutes later told not until table is ready even offered to take 2 tables of 4. 20 minutes later they say they don’t know when will have a table. We left!!

This place is usually great, but our server Catlynne made tonight’s dinner EXCEPTIONALLY fantastic. Great attitude, superb service and really good food. Thank You Longhorn.

Surprisingly good for a steakhouse chain. Usually they suck for one reason or another. This place we go back to. 4/12/2024 Update. Last visit wasn't so hot. It's not the same quality anymore.

I had the sirloin cooked as ordered to medium rare but the absolute most tough steak I have eaten in my life! I had to spit it out bite after bite because I could not get it chewed enough to actually swallow it : I would have sent it back but we already had to send one entree back due to the amount of OVERseasoning. For the other steaks, we had to scrape it off …thats how thick the seasonings were. The shrimp and rib entrees were fine. The lobster tail was undercooked. Service was eh… wont be going back. At well over $30 per meal, it should just be better.

We had a great experience for my birthday dinner at longhorn. Everything was phenomenal. The food is just literally my favorite. I've never had a bad meal there. Our waitress (Erica) was professional, kind, and considerate. We had an awesome time and will be back again and again!!
