Contribuisci feedbackI visited the Lids/Perfuroma store and had a quick experience both inside and out. The staff was efficient, and we stopped by on a Sunday night. We were served promptly without any delays. The pretzel was good, though it was slightly burnt in some areas. Normally, my child finishes everything, but this time he couldn’t finish it. I’m not sure why. Overall, it’s a place that deserves its good reputation.
I found the pretzel to be so hard that it actually broke my dental prosthesis. I miss my husband, who is buried, and the pretzel reminded me of how tough that situation is. Additionally, I didn't appreciate the attitude of the young staff; it seemed inconsistent with the restaurant's image.
The quality was just okay, not as good as other similar places.
The prices are too high, $10 for a pretzel and a hot dog? And a bad customer service, the guy was rude and rude, just because I didn't ask for a fresh pretzel from the front. So I insisted on giving me what he wanted? The boy doesn't know how to deal with customers, neither his manager?.
Bought a pretzel on October 3rd for $3.99 and inserted my card, they lady (cashier) told me it didn?t went through and asked me reinsert my card. I did and she didn?t provide me a receipt. Couple days later I saw that she charged me $7.98(double). Be careful!
