Plaza Vazquez - Pottstown

Only at home vacation and did not want to go to eat so that we ordered take from the Plaza Vazquez. We ordered steak tacos, a steak quesadilla, a carnitas quesadilla and steak fajitas. The Quesadillas and Tacos came ala crate, so we ordered 1 page of black beans and one side of rice. That was more than enough for three of us! Chips and salsa came out of order and they contained 4 different salsas. Her hottest is EXTREMELY hot, but I loved it with the tomatillo salsa. We also ordered a small page of Guacamole. A few too many onions for my taste, but also very good! Everything was fantastic! Your steak was super delicate and seasoned well! Everything made it home without becoming gay. I can't wait to eat and try more from their menu. I think her big opening is tomorrow.

My spouse and I went to Plaza Vazquez today (Feb 2022), and the food was great! It is hard to find high quality vegetarian Mexican food, but this restaurant had a whole range of vegetarian dishes for us to enjoy. We both had the vegan burritos, and we really have the variety of delicious vegetables they put in there. The spicy salsa was so good that we actually bought a small cup of it to go home with us. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and affordable Mexican cuisine, especially if you are vegetarian!

I wholeheartedly agree with everything my son posted. As a mom, I cook with the most fresh and best ingredients. That's exactly the same philosophy of the chef/owner, and you taste it!! Some might say I'm picky, but yeah, I'm picky! Plaza Vazquez exceeded my high expectations. I had the chicken fajitas and couldn't finish everything. Great portions and excellent as leftovers! We'll be back!

This place is fantastic! I ordered a burrito with pulled chicken and it’s everything I could’ve asked for, chicken was seasoned well and cooked to perfection, my friend got the quesadilla with pulled pork and hasn’t stopped taking about how amazing it was since he finished, the staff was so polite and super helpful, I’ll definitely be a returning customer :

5 stars after my first dining experience and meeting the chef owner! This place is exactly what I look for. The grills turn on when you order meaning your food is made fresh, and to order. My family can be a little picky, but everything came out just as we'd envisioned with the chef. She was extremely helpful making sure we could try everything since we could not decide. I went with carnitas sopes and guac and chips. The tortilla chips were fried there on site, guac was fresh and packed with fresh cilantro and onions, and my Sopas were fried and stacked exactly how they needed. BYOB and sit outside. Come here for a laid back meal cooked with kindness and personality. Talk to the chef owner because she is passionate about her food and made us feel at home. This restaurant is a gem.
