Burger King - Pottsville

They were having issues with their CC machine. After placing my order and scanning my card it ended up charging me for another customers order. The manager was ignorant and told me to dispute it with my bank. Then refused to give me my order. So I gave her the $10 cash for my $6 order. The $22 overcharge is not the end of the world but it's just the principal of the matter. Never seen somebody so bent out of shape over bacon cheeseburger. I guess customer service is dead

Food looks like someone used a slingshot to assemble it. Fries has no salt asked for ketchup bought 3 fries) got 2

Worker who waited on me was very miserable and rude. Walked away without even taking my payment. Waited a long time for my food. And had to ask for a drink carrier when I had three drinks. Place was messy. Soda tastes bad.

The food is great very professional. Wait Time is 7 minutes or so. Somewhat clean. I would eat her so overall 4.1 starsKid-friendliness: Crowns free and I think there is a kids meal

Good food but have had few issues with some orders but fixed.
