1915 Wine Cellar - Poughkeepsie

Very expensive, but fantastic atmosphere, food, and wine. We were there for live music on a Saturday night--a true pro. Staff were super attentive and professional.

5 stars x 1 million. 1915 is the perfect spot for a date night, catching up with friends, OR a rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks! We've done all of the above and can't recommend this spot enough! Our rehearsal dinner was set up with a wine pairing-talkabout perfection. From the speakeasy vibes to the knowledge base of the staff-you can't ask for a better experience. The ownersRuss and Elke are the most gracious hosts with infectious personalities and you will want to think of more ways you can hostevents with them. Best of the best! And make sure you get the lemon cake!

If you haven't checked this place out yet you're missing out. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable and accomodating. I'd recommend telling them what kind of wine or regions you like and letting the staff make recommendations from there. Definitely havesomething to satisfy everyone.

We had our rehearsals here for our high time and it could not have been better. russ worked with us on a delicious menu for the night of what we wanted and he thought, paired every cure with a delicious wine. our guests were so impressed and loved the whole experience. I felt as if he really cared about how the night went for us, and it was such a joy to work with him, and it's a plus that the real wine cellar is so beautifully decorated and has the most precious vibes. it was the perfect night to break off our weekend. the staff in the night was so pleasant and knowledgeable about all weep. I can't thank enough! highly recommended! we're safe back.

Best weinbar in the hudson valley! first I went to Wappinger’s in case; what a disappointment. I turned around and went back to the weeping 1915. so glad that I did it. best glass wee that I had for a long time. and a cheese and sausage board that made it hard to cater!
