The Manager at this store Jen )who also covers the location near me on 44 in Poughkeepsie. She always takes good care of my wife and I. We love the Caramel Lattes there always on point. If I could give 10 stars I would. She goes above and beyond and is always friendly she is a Perfect example of what Extravagant management looks like! Her team of coworkers are the best

The customer service at this location is awesome. The customer experience I have had is awesome with Kathie, Jenn, Jina, witch I hope I have that name right, and Brindley, A Gig shout out to Kathie for all the words of inspiration she gave me. It wasawesome ! A huge Thank you to you !

Very nice place. I and our group go there almost every day in the morning. Staff are always very nice and friendly. Coffee is always, means always perfect. It?s a lovely place but sometimes it?s hard to get to set 5 or 6 persons together.

Great selection of donuts even in the early evening. Fresh coffee and friendly staff.
