Smoothie King - Poughkeepsie

I visited Jersey Mike's, but now I'm being asked to review Smoothie King.

UPDATE 8/11/2022: The owner is a prime example of why the employees behave this way. Andy kept his head down and didn’t greet us when we entered, nor did he say anything at the register. I’m not the only one who feels that the staff is unwelcoming and rude.

The staff at this location are quite unfriendly and unwelcoming, which is disappointing. If you have the chance, I recommend visiting the Wappingers location instead, as they offer much better service and a more polite team.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and I had an amazing smoothie the other day!

My first visit to this restaurant was quite enjoyable. I used the drive-thru about 30 minutes before closing, and I received a warm welcome. The menu is quite large, which made it a bit challenging for me to decide on a smoothie, but the staff member I spoke with was very patient and encouraged me to ask any questions. When I reached the window, I was met with friendly smiles from two employees. Best of all, my smoothie was ready in just 2 or 3 minutes after I placed my order!
