The staff at the south road location in Poughkeepsie is always wonderful. I work in health care and sometimes I might be coming for myself. But often I’m picking up orders like this. Because we’re running way behind and have sooooo many patients ahead of us. We’re over worked and overwhelmed. They go out of their way to label every cup every time to make easy delivery. I've been staying at the hotel nearby for an extended work stay so I've frequented this place regularly. Everyone goes above beyond each visit. My order is always perfect fresh!

Employees are very friendly but the service is very very slow. Not cleaned often either.
