Food was absolutely terrible, could barley eat my breakfast sandwich I ordered because the bread was so hard. Also staff was not very friendly.

I had a very pleasant experience. I was first helped by Ethan who was promt and very friendly. i was then assisted my the the team lead who was friendly and assertive.

The food was good but I waited 20 minutes for it. I'm not exaggerating about the time. The excuses are the managers' responsibility. Issues like that are caused by poor management, that's the only explanation.

Got stuck in the drive through for over 30 minutes and couldn’t get out. Cars behind us an in front of us. Unbelievable.

Just put in a $70 order at j&b before closing at 1am, open till 2am. Def closed at 1am. Bum stuff. Lame. Coming tomorrow to get my stuff.
