I recently visited the most amazing Taco Bell I have ever been to. The customer service was fantastic, with the staff being incredibly friendly. The manager, Kyle (I believe it was him who worked on 3/1/21 at 11 o'clock), was so helpful and friendly. This may sound like an emotional review for a Taco Bell, but here it goes. I have been struggling with severe depression for the past few months. Getting out of bed in the morning for work has been a challenge, and I have had difficulty focusing on basic tasks. I have even struggled to eat anything besides coffee in the mornings. I hadn't laughed or smiled in weeks, and last night I had only eaten half a bowl of my friend's food since the morning. After a long day, all I wanted was cinnabon delights from Taco Bell. I arrived at the restaurant just one minute before closing time and called out of despair to ask if they could still prepare my order. The manager assured me that he would help me. In my high school days working at Subway, I would have never made food for someone right before closing time. But Kyle made me smile. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got my food, and did so with a smile. I even cried when I left, as it felt like a rare and genuine human interaction. His exceptional service and kindness may seem trivial to some, but it meant a lot to me. Kyle is a rockstar and deserves a raise! I love you, Taco Bell Poulsbo! Keep up the good work!

Hands down the most amazing Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The customer service was amazing. The people were so kind, and the manager Kyle (I’m pretty sure, whoever was working on 3/1/21 at 11pm) was so helpful and kind. This might possibly one of the most emotional Taco Bell reviews to ever exist but here we go. I’ve been struggling with severe depression for the last couple of months. I can barely manage to get out of bed in the morning for work, I have a hard time focusing on basic tasks and focusing in general and I can’t seem to bring myself to eat besides coffee in the morning. I don’t think I’ve actually laughed in a couple weeks, let alone smiled. I think last night I hadn’t eaten anything since the morning before and all I ate was coffee and half a bowl of my boyfriends oatmeal. I had come home after a long day crying and all I wanted was Cinnabon Delights from Taco Bell. I was there about 1 minute before close. I called ahead out of sheer desperation asking if there was anyway for him to to have them ready. The manager said he would hook me up. Back in high school when I worked at subway I would have never EVER made someone food that close to close. But Kyle did it with a smile. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my food and did it with a smile. I cried when we left. It just felt like one of those kind human interactions you rarely see anymore. He has an amazing attitude and costumer service and it may seem silly, but just him caring enough to prepare some food last minute for me when he could’ve just said no, truly went a lot to me. Obviously this may seem silly but for me it meant to much!!! KYLE YOU ROCK AND DESERVE A RAISE !!! I love you Taco Bell Poulsobo!! Keep up the good work z!!
