Arrived 10 minutes early for a party of 4 for a 5:00 reservation to celebrate special birthday for one and health issues for another along with 91 year old mother. 45° outside and after coming inside was told to wait outside until 5:00. Not allowed inside just before reservation, this makes no sense. This was how what we thought was a very special four star dinner would start. My jaw dropped as I then sat outside in the cold waiting. No apology, no offer of a place to wait. Bar was sitting there empty and warm. Cannot imagine recommending this to anyone.
