La comida estaba buena pero algo escasa. Lo que no me gustó fue que nada más sentarte la cuenta ya es de 4.5€ por pan y paté que no has pedido.

O meu marido e eu costumamos jantar todas as semanas. Não tirei fotografias. Mas ontem fui almoçar e pedi um prego no prato. Foi fantástico com uma apresentação exelente a carne foi fabuloso. Não comi um prego tão bom. Os meus parabéns a toda a equipe de serviço porque eles são fantásticos super agradável e atencioso. _ Prometo publicar mais fotos dos pratos.

First time there, and honestly, I would rather have nothing to eat than spending my money and time in there. Definitely the worst customer service that I ever received. Firstly, there is a bad smell when you walk in front of the kitchen and toilets, that was enough to put me off straight away. I did try to give it a go, but the attitude from the waitress was appalling, which almost made me leave the restaurant without eating and paying. We were 9 guests, and after placing our order, we had to change it twice. One of the meat dishes was running low, and waitress no aware of it, we swapped to another dish, and again, we had to change it because someone else ordered it first (what a joke). The worst part comes now, food got served and one of our guests had no food, so at this point one of our guest had to stand up and walk around the restaurant to find a staff member. He comes back with the waitress, and she starts saying that the dish was also out of stock and not a single apology, at this point we got really upset and she started arguing and saying that was our fault. I have never seen something like that, and no manager or supervisor came to apologise. Not even a small gesture of goodwill at the end. Avoid this place, you can have better food and service at many other places in Povoa.
