McDonald's - Powder Springs

There is always something wrong or the order isnt taken right or there is hair in the food but its not good and the night staff is rude. The guy in the back window is great tho

They should close that McDonald’s down. Service there is terrible and the people at the drive thru are so freaking rude. Each person there has their own price for sauces. How??? I got charged . 25 cents for spicy buffalo sauce one time . I just got charged .32 cents today and before that I was told they charge . 35 cents. So why not the same price

It was the longest wait for a drive thru despite mobile

I've gone here multiple times and I have never once even been able to get food. There are some bad McDonald's out there but this one might be the worst based on the fact that even bad food is objectively better then no food.

Ordered thru drive up. Made it clear for the food to be HOT.Once paid and arrived to pick. Little Hip Hop attempted to give me not Hot or warm food Cold. I returned them to her. Asked again for Hot food.Well they threw the food in the microwave. Never advised me. So we drive off. And the burger was so hot that the cheese melted and stuck onto the.wrapping paper and some one hot burned.I’ve called that location all week. Call customer service and Coporate Office waiting fir call from District GMThey have till Friday and I’m off to the Health dept.
