Pizza Hut - Powder Springs

I am giving this restaurant two stars primarily due to the poor service from the guy at the front counter. If it wasn't for him, I would have given it just one star. I have one question: why did I have to wait 5 minutes for my order only to receive cold pizza and breadsticks? Not just lukewarm, but cold. It was unacceptable. Additionally, the box looked brand new and the food inside was not soggy or damp, so I gave it one extra star for that. However, overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will stick to Marco's Pizza in the future.

Ordered a pizza at 930pm. For delivery at 1100pm they called and said they were closing if I wanted to cancel my order. I said no and sent my son to pick up my order. Let the customer know if you are not able to deliver. I paid a tip to have it delivered

We have not had Pizza Hut in a long time so wanted to try it again. Pizza cheese was stuck to the lid and about half the cheese had to be scraped off. Ordered a special that included the cinnabons and they were not included in the delivered order. When I called the restaurant the first time I was hung up on and the second time no one answered. I gave up.

Our order was wrong and not the usual expected great pizza taste

I placed an order for a large dinner box and was informed that the wait time would be 40-45 minutes. However, upon arrival, I was told that my order was not ready and to come back later. When I finally received my order and took it home, I was disappointed to find that it looked unappealing and tasted bad. The cheese was not melted and the wings were stale and tough. This was definitely my worst dining experience, as I felt like I had wasted my money on inedible food that I couldn't serve to my family. When I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, no one answered, making me feel unimportant.
