Subway - Powell County

Service was very slow, 20 mins in line only to find out they had no meatballs, when all I wanted was a meatball sub. Ordered a different sub, tried to use a coupon and it wouldn 't work. Manager came over and tried it, still didn 't work. Manager says, It won 't work, sorry , and took my coupon and walked away. Went for a $6.99 meatball sub, left with a $12.99 different sub. 30 mins, in total just to get subway.

Order through the app to be ready at 530, got her early at 520 and it still took them until 620 to get my sandwich, they served 2 customers before finishing my order calling it a massive rush Ps I ordered 1 footlong 1 6in

Good clean sandwich made by a young girl that seemed to have better days. I appreciated the time she took to make the sandwich correctly and I was stoked with the bag of pickle flavored chips. Thank you!

Staff is super friendly! The dining room and service area was very clean. Food was great!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the person behind the counter this afternoon. I can honestly say this was the first time I have ever had a sandwich technician that actually interacted and was enjoying his job or atleast didn't have life in general. It was very refreshing and unexpected but welcome. He was solo but greeted everyone with a smile and took it in stride even though there was a decent line, kudos to you sir that is how its done!! I hope you never lose that zest for life.
