The restaurant's interior was unique, giving off the impression that it has undergone several transformations over the years. The prices seemed a bit steep for the quality of the food. We placed our order and it was ready for pick up at the designated time. The pizza was decent, but I believe I would opt for a different place next time.
What do expect of a place called Snickers Pizza? I wasn't certain...but what I got was superb Greek food (I passed on the pizza). Two of us had a fish special and the other a steak. Portion sizes were generous and the fish and steak were both prepared to perfection. The staff were friendly and the patio offered a great view over the water. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We came here hoping to find some pasta for my daughter. My wife asked if anything was gluten friendly; the question was new to the server and she had to check, coming back with the honest but disappointing answer that nothing was. Meanwhile I was looking for something vegetarian or vegan and that also was basically invain. We compromised to get a pasta for the kid, asked for spaghetti with just olive oil. Overall it took 1:15 to get the food. My pizza was basically bread with some veggies on top; the kid’s spaghetti were oven baked with cheese on top. So a huge wait for a disappointing meal.
My partner and I came here because a friend recommended it. We the kalamari dinner and beef souvlaki. They were both delicious, the rice, the veggies, the meat, the salad all very delicious. However the portion is huge and I could only eat half of it, but at least I have lunch for tomorrow! Our server was also very friendly and sweet. The only complaint I would make is for starters we got the pita and tzatziki dip large and it came with load of dip but not much bread.
Pro: The patio is beautiful and welcoming. A few tables with great views of the water. Con: Very few tables with a view of the ocean. Dont expect one. Pro: They have Coke instead of Pepsi. Yay! Con: Wait a second....that not Coke. That's Coke with really disgusting ice cubes OR the place waters it down with another brand of cheap pop. It def tastes different. It's not just Coke, that's for sure. Pro: Fish n Chips was decent Con: the fries are the same Cavendish ones you can buy from Costco. When you order a 2 piece fish and chips, typically it consists of 2 large pieces. These ones were both the size of a credit card and honestly not much thicker. Really disappointed in these ones. The icing on the cake was that it took 45 minutes from the time I ordered to brought to table. Context: there was only ONE other table seated when I arrived. Pro: staff were awesome. No cons here. My server was super nice.
