Graeter's Ice Cream - Powell

Graeter?s is the best ice cream in the world in my personal opinion. Their stores also offer delightful service and additional product selections. I had a hot fudge sundae and left with a warm smile on my face (and a happy belly). Libby was especially friendly and provided great customer service to me.

Love coming to Graeters. Today, changed my mind. Staff were not friendly at this location. I left without ordering and drove to the Upper Arlington store where service is always friendly.

Typically this place has amazing service. I was there today and the store manager Maddie was super rude to my mom and I to the point where we almost just walked out. It wasn't even like some teenager but a store manager. Like is that how you treat your customers? Like wow. I don't know if I will ever come back
