Mcdonald's - Powell

This is the second time I stopped at this McDonalds... the first time was a curse, but I was wrong. The staff was friendly and helpful with the kiosk thing. The food was hot and tasty like the fries. felt like I was in a commercial with how well prepared the food was and cleanliness of the restaurant. Nice.

It's great that there are kiosks available to order and skip the line. I came with two charter buses, about 70 people, and the fast and friendly staff could take care of us quickly. They could also keep their drive-thru rollers. The food was just what I expected, hot,.tasty and fresh. Kudos to the staff!

I recently went through some relationship issues and found myself drinking coffee at 4:30 AM, parked in the lot until noon. The staff never bothered me or asked me to leave, which I really appreciate. I always make sure to buy something and never sleep in my car, so I don’t appear like someone struggling with drugs. I’m truly grateful to them because their understanding helped me avoid physical harm and potential legal troubles. I have a plan to move soon; I just need one more paycheck to cover the deposit for a new apartment in another county.

Due to the current labor shortage, the dining areas of most fast food restaurants are closing early, and drive-thru wait times can be as long as 25 minutes. I hope this situation is only temporary. However, I must commend the staff at this location—they are always fantastic!

They stop serving breakfast at 10:30, but they still managed to get me fed. It was the best Egg McDuffie I've ever had. The person at the counter was also great—very polite to everyone.
