Miranda is the main reason we visit every week! If she's not in charge, she definitely should be. As a local entrepreneur, I recognize how crucial good customer service is. The other staff could really learn a thing or two from her. Owners and management, please take this feedback to heart!
I waited in line for 41 minutes, and there was only one employee working, who was busy filling a large phone order. They were out of roast beef, and there was no assistance available. There are still three people ahead of me, and she is doing everything she can, but I’m really disappointed with the service!
Three staff members present, only Hope working. None were friendly. The tea bins were dirty inside and the Dr pepper was flat.
Ordering online is meant to speed up the process, but it doesn’t help much if, upon arrival, you’re told, “I’m sorry, but I have other orders to finish first.” If you schedule a specific pickup time for your online order, it should be ready as close to that time as possible. Customers waiting in line shouldn’t have to delay their own orders because others weren’t prepared on time. Perhaps the restaurant needs to staff more employees to ensure that online orders are completed promptly.
