China Taste - POWHATAN

I usually call my order in, it's always done to perfection and it's always ready to go as soon as I get there, the bags are hot and even when I get home the food is still hot, it's delicious and tasteful.! Definitely my all-time favorite Chinese restaurant, and they will have my business forever!

You might be surprised, but this restaurant serves incredible sushi! I've been coming here for years, and it's one of the few places with consistently fresh fish. I usually order the Powhatan roll, while my boyfriend has tried nearly all the other rolls, and we both love this spot. Compared to other sushi places like Level, it's also very affordable. Who would have thought that you'd find such amazing sushi in Powhatan, VA?

As for the spring roll, it was fresh and had three shrimp in each, but the peanut sauce was quite disappointing—it tasted more like melted peanut butter than a proper sauce. I'll definitely give this restaurant another try, but I think I'll skip the fried rice and spring roll next time.

I had a fantastic experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was exceptional, surpassing my expectations. The fried rice was truly outstanding, while the hot and sour soup, although not as spicy as I would have liked, was still quite enjoyable. The orange chicken was bursting with flavor. Having tried all the Chinese restaurants in Powhatan, I can confidently say this one stands out. The portion sizes were generous, and the price was more than reasonable—I fed a family of five for just $35, with plenty of leftovers!
