Dunkin' - POWHATAN

Powhatan Dunkin is by far the best! The morning crew is amazing, always kind and accommodating. Savannah, Aliyah, Ms. Carrie and Connor start our day off right-they get our orders correct and are so friendly. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect, store is super clean.

For the past 2 months I’ve noticed a change in employees and customer service in the evening around 5:00. I go every evening right after work and get a coffee for my drive back home. I’ve been going there since it opened. I started noticing that my coffee tasted like there was no sugar even though I ordered like I always do which is a medium with cream and sugar. I also visit 2 other DD’s and have never noticed a difference there. I found myself having to carry extra sugar in my car or getting out and going into DD to get more. Last night I decided to go in and have a conversation with the young people that were working. It was unbelievably rude how the young man spoke to me!!!! If this doesn’t get straightened out I will never go back there again. I’ve never had any problems up until recently. I hope the manager or owner will be able to get it straight. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt a need to for this especially with inflation!

Order was made perfectly staff was very nice. This experience made my morning start out right.

I don't blame the workers as much as the management n owners. Train your staff!! This is a coffee place not a milk tea place the coffee to cream ratio it way off u can barley taste the coffee at all so don't waste ur time unless u are looking for a big glass of flavored

This restaurant has a manager who seems completely unfit for the job. I arrived to pick up my Uber Eats order and ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes without any service. The manager kept directing his staff to attend to other customers, completely ignoring me. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and leave. Fortunately, I managed to get a much better order from the next place I stopped at! If this ever happens again, I won’t hesitate to make my dissatisfaction known about the employees disrespecting my time. On July 25, 2023, at 11:20 am, I was simply waiting for a drink to complete my order, which was otherwise ready, while new customers continued to be served in the drive-thru.
