Kfc - POWHATAN

We order Taco Bell and KFC. They put the mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag. Once I opened it up it had no more toppings left on it. Very slow service.

I ordered an 8-piece tender meal and an 8-piece mixed meal with two sides. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the cookies that were supposed to come with my order. They seemed to have some confusion about it, which was handled awkwardly. I had to throw away the chicken because the skin was soggy and it was overly greasy. Overall, the majority of the chicken was just not good enough to serve, not even to my dogs. Great job, Powhatan, but I won’t be returning. This place should really consider shutting down.

They often forget to include part of my meal. Make sure to check your order before you leave, or you'll have to wait in the long line again since the dining area is closed.

I placed a to-go order tonight and paid for an extra biscuit, but it was missing. I also requested my potatoes without gravy, and they arrived with gravy on them. The meal was supposed to come with a cookie, which I didn't receive either. This has happened before, and at this point, we’ve decided not to return.

Ordered and paid for a 16 piece bucket of white meat only. Got 3 breasts, just enough to cover the top, everything else was legs, thighs and a couple wings. Will NOT be going back! If I could give 0 stars that would have been my choice.
