Talerddig Bakery - Powys

We had to purchase talerddig sausage rolls in bulk and transport them over 300 miles for our daughter, which speaks volumes about their quality. The bread was also delicious.

We brought our dog with us and chose to sit outside where there were two tables with chairs. My husband went inside to order our lunch while I decided on a ham salad. The salad was priced at £3.75 with an additional 50p for the ham, and I received a generous portion that was fresh and delicious. The salad bar offered a variety of toppings displayed in a fridge, allowing customers to customize their salads. I opted for everything. I forgot to snap a photo until halfway through my meal, but the portion was even larger than shown. My husband enjoyed a heated chicken and mushroom pie. The staff, particularly a young girl, went above and beyond by cleaning our dog's bowl and providing fresh water. The customer service was excellent, and we highly recommend this charming establishment.

The pastries are delicious, the bread is good, and the fresh cream cakes are delectable. We have frequented this restaurant for lunch several times and would highly recommend it.

Lovely bakery selling delicious Welsh cakes and fruit pies. We had two of the pieces during our stay, both excellent.

We bought delicious well filled sub rolls with a choice of salads and fillings. Also the BEST apple pie slices ever. We took them to the banks of the River Severn just a 2 minute walk away and had a lovely picnic. Really good value.
