The At The George - Powys

Space was clean and tidy, not too crowded at our visit. the food was quickly and hot. I do not wait for the bar. toilets very clean at our visit. a much better experience than the public house that we visited around 6 miles down the canal tattoo on the eve.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-stocked with tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. The only downside was the disappointing breakfast. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.

My experience with The George Hotel in Brecon was fantastic. During my stay in the area, the hotel staff made my time exploring the Beacons and Waterfall Land unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. Despite my initial reservations, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. Located in the heart of Brecon, the hotel offers affordable dining options and easy access to the city. Its central location also makes it a convenient starting point for exploring the many attractions in the Brecon Beacons. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was special, and the manager in particular was incredibly accommodating to my needs. Thanks to The George Hotel, I now feel comfortable sleeping in new places and look forward to staying there again in the future. Their exceptional hospitality truly sets them apart from other hotels.

The staff really embraced the jubilee celebrations, which was great to see. They were helpful and friendly, unlike the unhelpful local weather podons. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the workers who were there over the Jubilee weekend deserve a high 5 for their hard work.
