I stopped by for lunch and was very impressed with the friendly staff and delicious food at an affordable price.

I popped in on Friday, September 15th for a quick lunch and I must say, it was one of the best Wetherspoons mixed grills I've ever had. The service was good and quick, the staff were friendly, and the prices were cheap. There's nothing not to like about this place. It was fantastic.

I am currently at this restaurant for lunch. I am willing to wait 40 minutes for my food as long as the quality is good, however, the food I received was terrible. It is unacceptable to mess up a simple burger and fries.

Great to see a busy pub and cheap prices but when you consider portion size, I would have been better going over the road to the chippy. The size of this steak and kidney pudding is tiny (no I dont have a massive finger : , a token attempt at a good for nothing mash potato, extremely sad looking dehydrated peas and gravy from last Christmas's special. My wife went for the steak which clearly stated 1 mushroom which well was I guess a mushroom or had been at some time in its sad little life plus the 3 onion rings were forgotten so had to remind them.. When you only have 20 things (including chips on a plate, I'm sure that you could ensure that you can remember 3 cold, tasteless and uninteresting onion rings too. Very disappointed but on a positive note though, a good long walk to the toilets to walk off my food : The staff that served behind the bar and delivering the the table were perfectly lovely though.

Just needs a good clean, ive told them and shown them before as cleaners are missing to clean things. Its grubby everyday. Sack the cleaners or show them what needs doing.
