Located in Wales, Rorke's Drift is a popular bar named after a battle during the Anglo Zulu War. Despite the controversial history behind the name, the bar is frequented by locals who enjoy a lively atmosphere. The bar was packed with working-class Welshmen and women on a Friday evening, providing a true sense of local culture. While the bar may not be ideal for a romantic night out, it is a great spot for those looking to immerse themselves in Welsh pub culture. Overall, it is worth a visit for those who are open-minded and looking for an authentic experience.
Friendly atmosphere... Got chatting to the bar staff who was so down to earth. Even the locals made you feel so welcome. 100% pop back there
