Ty Morgan's Bistro - Powys

Called in for lunch, wide and varied menu and very reasonably priced. I went for the big Breakfast, wise choice, generous helping and it was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend it. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming,

Great breakfast, friendly staff, made our trip to Rhayader worthwhile. 'Build your own breakfast ', a great idea.

Quite possibly the rudest person I have ever come across working on the counter. She was hostile and impolite. We went elsewhere. Such a shame.

We thought we would give it a try on a wet day in October. We walked in to find it busy with a nice vibe. I did not expect the Brusque woman shouting at us when we stepped inside. We are full and don 't have any tables . While this was true I would have expected a better customer service response like I am sorry we are full at the moment we will have a table in.... As regular visitors to Rhyader we were dissaponted and will never be back.

Looked inviting from the outside. Plenty of staff behind counter, looking bored! One member sitting down behind counter (always a bad look) Food ordered, sandwich came with no garnish unimpressed by almost stale bread, cake was just OK. Coffee good however. Need for improvement on staff looking uninterested in job.!!
