The Kingfisher - Poynton

I would not recommend this place. When I arrived, the car park wasn't blocked off, but when I tried to leave, the exit was blocked by barriers. It turns out the car park is for staff only, and the signs indicating this were not visible to drivers. I ended up with a £75 fine. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

This is a fantastic little Wetherspoons. I visited for breakfast and ordered through the mobile app. The portions are generous and offer great value for money. I opted for the American breakfast, which was delicious. I also appreciated the unlimited coffee – that was a nice touch!

The restaurant is housed in a beautiful, modern building filled with natural light. During this visit, I experienced exceptionally fast service, and the staff was incredibly friendly. As with many places these days, prices have gone up, but the quality remains high, making it an excellent value! I usually enjoy a coffee with my meal, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could also indulge in a mocha at no extra charge. This truly reflects great British value from a well-established British company. I give it a 10/10!

The overall experience was pleasant, with standard amenities provided. I never had to struggle to find a table, as the seating is arranged on slightly different levels. Parking is limited in the back, but there is free parking available next door after 6 PM. Poynton itself is a lovely area.

Amazing place and good mood. I have burgers that were cooked well and chips crispy.
