I go (I was going?) regularly to this restaurant when I go on prades. I've always been satisfied. However, my last meal in November 2021 was not really good, incomprehensible. Already an ultra long service, an overcooked meat and a foie gras sauce that I had to recover because it was just oil and grains, I didn't understand how I could serve it especially when the grained sauce. the second was a little more presentable but not top either. With meat it was a good duo, but given the expectation that I couldn't do anything else. I thought I was comforting with a Catalan cream but it wasn't taken and too liquid. For almost 50 bullets, it was a scam... there must be a problem in the kitchen because I don't explain otherwise. I tried to talk about this, but the a priori server doesn't care, so I don't know what to think about it... but certainly disappointed.
