Los Cucharones Bar&restaurante

Today has been an unpleasant experience. We have ordered 3 menus at €25 each, bread and drinks apart, that is, €30 per person (it's good for a menu). I ordered knuckle as a second course, and it was literally raw and uncooked. I have let the waiter know and instead of apologizing for the mistake, he has dedicated himself to saying that he would have warned him before. At the time of paying we have been charged for the 3 complete menus. I told the waiter that I didn't think it was right that they charged us for something that had been badly served, but that if he considered it right I would pay for it. After many explanations and telling us that they already buy the cooked meat, they have charged us for half of that menu. In my work, if I make a mistake, the first thing I ask is to apologize to the client, and of course it does not occur to me to charge him anything, since I assume the bad moment I have experienced. So if you are visiting the Cameros area, look for any other place to eat except Los Cucharones restaurant. And responding to your comment, there is no way not to recognize the error. I haven't eaten practically anything because it was inedible, I have crumbled the whole knuckle to see if I could eat something, so I won't admit that you tell me that I have eaten practically the entire plate. And it's not a question of money either, you don't know what I can pay or not... A menu is expensive or cheap depending on the quality-price. But you already know that better than me... It's a shame that a good place has bad service and some bad dishes. We ordered knuckle that was not done. We tried to call the waiter to tell him 2 times without taking any notice. When picking up the dishes with the knuckle unable to touch, we told him and he was unable to say the first thing I'm sorry, but if he had told us before... When he went to pay charging the knuckle, he asked us if everything was okay. We told him that we don't think it's right to charge for a dish that was poorly done. In the end he did not charge that dish. It can happen that a dish doesn't turn out well, but first apologize, ask if you want something else and if not, of course, don't charge it. Very nice restaurants with attentive service. Menu with good quality price ratio and original dishes. Highly recommended.
