The sandwich bread was cold and hard and the lid of the soda can was very dusty.

It's the second time I've come this week and their terminal doesn't work, because not being able to have a second one, they don't accept transfers, I'm a customer and they leave me wanting coffee. They simply deny me my cup of coffee and not very kindly. Appalling Service: 1
