The Eatery - Praha

A beautiful concept all around at The Eatery. We stopped in for dinner and requested the Chefs Table to experience it all first hand. Pavel, the co-founder and head chef was there to walk us through the menu and to educate us a bit on Czech cuisine. We took his recommendations and we were more than impressed with the dishes him and his talented crew were pushing out. A fresh and modern twist on the typically heavier Czech meals! All ingredients were local and extremely fresh and the flavors were lovely. My personal favorite dish was the Celery Schnitzel and the roasted garlic soup! Their take on Prague ham was also so creative and fun. Finally, the poached pear dessert was just perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful time! Highly recommend for a great meal and culinary experience!

Vždy skvělá atmosféra servis, který nemá chybu, korunují to chody, které si na nic nehrají a přitom jsou velmi zábavné. Moc držím palce do dalšího období a děkuju celému týmu eatery, že se o nás zákazníky tak pěkně staráte.

Do restaurace jsme šli lehce skeptičtí, menu nás nikterak neoslnilo. Naštěstí jsme se mýlili a všechno bylo takřka dokonalé. Výborný přístup obsluhy, klasická jídla ozvláštněna netradičními surovinami, výborně připravené a dochucené. Prostředí příjemné a cena adekvátní kvalitě.

Všem doporučuji se zastavit na jídlo či skleničku dobrého vína. Velký výběr vín jak moravských tak i zahraničních. Jídlo bylo vynikající není co dodat. Od předkrmu až po dezert. Obsluha na jedničku. Úžasné místo k sezení bylo na baru kde jde vidět do kuchyně. Šéf kuchař Pavel je perfektní pobaví se s hosty zda jídlo chutná a co nás zaujalo nejvíce. Děkujeme za gastro zážitek.

@theeaterybistro You've got to hand it to them: They've got the balls to serve up bull's balls. Yes, fried bull testicles. I don't know how they do it, but it was pretty good. I now see why they have a Michelin Mention. Daring. Other than that we had the char, Foie Gras, and venison. All good. The only problem I have with them is the dessert menu. Both item we ordered were a bit thick and heavy. Not how you want to end an evening meal. Minus one star for that.
