First Watch - Prairie Village

The staff is great. The value is ok. If I need some ambiance and quiet for my morning then First Watch is my choice.

Damn this was soo goood.. excellent service and the food was amazing. Love the pancakes. A must place to go for breakfast or bruch.

Great lunch. Ate sandwich special. A bacon, poached egg and tomato sandwich. Fresh loose leaf lettuce was on the side. All for $12. Belgian waffle looked good too. First Watch still serves great Earl Gray hot tea. Excellent service.

Excellent original breakfast and lunch menu. Call ahead to get on their waiting list, always busy. Coffee is decent, could be better blend.

We went for breakfast at the First Watch, 4117 W. 83rd. The first bite of egg bacon omelette was full of salt. Totally inedible. Paul our food server wanted to argue that their omelets have no salt rather then being polite and trading the food for somethingelse. Sorry Paul but there was salt (or something worse) in the omelette. We paid and left but will never go back I doubt thatthey care.
