First Watch - Prairie Village

My first time there, was welcomed by very nice management, sat us, our server was very nice, she made sure we were happy with everything. The food was good and a nice atmosphere. I'm back.

I ordered the Carrot Cake Pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and the food was great. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a good brunch spot, although the locals are already well aware of it. We really enjoy this restaurant and visit often.

Beautiful location in Leawood. At the beginning one of the cutlery set and a coffee cup was not clean. Once this has been corrected, everything went well. The cinnamon pancakes were hot and the warm syrup was taken to our table. The 'Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl ' (Protein-packed Quinoa mixed with kale, shredded carrots and home-grown tomatoes with grilled all-natural lemon) was exceptionally good and very fresh. Excellent waiter service. I'd give 4.5 if possible. The only negative was my 2nd sentence.

My mom, my boyfriend and I go out to breakfast every month on the first Saturday of the month. My mom and I take turns picking where to eat and paying. Today it was my mom's turn to pick and pay and she chose here which I didn't mind because I love their French toast and their chocolate chip pancakes. I had a chocolate chip pancake today and my mom had the triathlete. I don't remember what my boyfriend had. But it was all really good and the staff was so nice, caring, sweet, polite, and kind. Our waiter was awesome and quick with our order. Love it.
