Starbucks - Prairie Village

Changed their hours to open later, didn't update anything online or at the store. So now they have people walking in to hen house, expecting Starbucks to be open... where there is an employee behind the counter half asleep playing on their phone... looking up every 30 seconds to tell customers that they're not open. Silly.

This Starbucks used to be the best one in Hen House when Martha was the manager of it with a great friendly staff and great coffee. Now in the last few months and times we have gone to this Starbucks the staff and the coffee has gone extremely down. Usually when you walk in they are talking among themselves or on their cellphones. This last time both coffees I bought were unfavorable and I was never asked or even allowed to put in my rewards card. I will unfortunately not be coming back to this location

The friendliest most cheerful baristas of any Starbucks I've ever been to...probably because their management is the best...every time , quality products and great service...I love my neighborhood Starbucks in Corinth Hen House!
