Starbucks - Prairie Village

Today, they ran out of unsweetened vanilla syrup, but the staff was very accommodating in helping me choose an alternative drink that would be similar. On top of that, they were extremely generous and charged me less than the usual price for the drink. I will definitely return, and I appreciate that the employees genuinely care!

I visited Starbucks with my daughter and noticed that there were people sitting just five feet away from the line, enjoying their meals and coffees. When I pointed out that there were five large horseflies buzzing around the food display, the staff member behind the counter asked me to leave because I wasn't wearing a mask.

I encountered some of the rudest Starbucks staff I've ever seen, which really ruins the usual Starbucks vibe. On top of that, they are incredibly slow and seem to neglect mobile orders. Their treatment displays a complete disregard for my teenage daughter, who is also a paying customer. When she goes there to study, they dismiss her with snarky comments. It's very disappointing.

I usual do not give reviews ever, but felt the need to let anyone know going to this Starbucks, you will be let down. If I could give no stars, I would. This location is absolutely the worst running Starbucks i have EVER gone to. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to places, especially during busy times. But it is constant, the amount of times I?ve had to throw a drink away because it was the COMPLETE incorrect thing is astronomical. I?ve just given up asking for my order to be remade because the lack of empathy given from the employees at this location also is another level, they just don?t care.

Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino.... hardly any carme. Lack of flavor. I was going to post a picture, but don't see how. Blah!! 2 stars because they were nice. I contact the company, not that starbucks, a mmmb d they reimbursed me for it.
