I recently visited Domino's located at 17278 Airline Hwy Ste A. Prairieville, La 70769. On 5/14/23 at 9:28pm (order #1443) I unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my concerns about the overall situation and professionalism of the establishment.First and foremost, I was taken aback to see some of the staff members eating around the food preparation area. This practice is extremely unsanitary and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at this Domino's location. Food safety should always be a top priority, and witnessing such behavior was deeply unsettling.Moreover, the lack of professionalism among the staff was evident throughout my visit. They appeared indifferent and disinterested in providing quality customer service. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for management to address and rectify such issues promptly. I called a spoke with a manager but I felt she was not interested in hearing my complaint. Unfortunately, I did feel like she was going to even speak with the 2 guys I saw eating. One of the guys was eating some kind of food with a fork drinking a drink right where the food is prepared, not washing his hands in between. The other guy was a little older and he was eating directly from the toppings, seeing this made me sick to my stomach. I wanted to puke. As a customer, I expect a higher level of quality.While I have been a loyal customer of Domino's in the past, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will not be going back and spending my money with them in the future. I hope that the management takes immediate steps to address the concerns raised here and improve the overall quality of service.It is my sincere hope that this review serves as constructive feedback to help Domino's enhance their operations and regain the trust of their customers.
They put me on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and called back and they put me on hold again!! They obviously don't want my business!!!
Ordered 5 lrg 7.99 2 topping pizzas online. 1 week only special. Got to the end of order, and the system went down, prompting me to call the store. I called and told them i wanted the lrg carryout special for the week and ordered the 5 pizzas. Got to the store, and they handed me mediums. I told them i ordered lrg, and they quickly made the new pizzas. Would have made more since to remake them in mediums and give me both sets of pies. Would have cost them less in food cost remaking mediums, and i would have received more pizza overall for their mistake. A win-win for the store as well as the customer for their mistake. Would have received 5 stars if it were not for the online problems causing the phone call causing the csr mistake causing the customer to wait, causing makeline to back up on an already busy friday nite. Ask me how i know the trickle effect this can cause on a friday or Saturday nite in a Domino's pizza store! Lol. Just lucky it wasn't raining and no lsu or saint's football going on.
These guys are great and work hard. Be patient when they’re busy. Many times I’ve submitted an order right before close and they never fuss. They try hard to please and are good at what they do. That’s a rare quality these days. Good job guys (and gals). Much apprec.
