Contribuisci feedbackIf you want to discover how to make sourdough bread and or know how to prepare lacto-fermentation jars, you will enjoy a gourmet home workshop. I participated in the workshop presented by Vanessa from la maison gourmande and it is a real pleasure to work with simple and seasonal products for a quality and delicious result. The atmosphere of the workshops is friendly and warm, all participants are there with the same goal of discovery and learning. Vanessa runs her workshops with passion. She answers all the questions so you can go home with all the tools in hand to prepare your own sourdough bread with the added bonus of a jar of self-made lacto-fermented zucchini. I can only recommend it, it’s really cool!
We had an excellent evening thanks to Vanessa who took great care of us. While we were getting to know the other guests at her table d'hôte, she was busy in the kitchen, calm and relaxed. Each time she came out, it was to make us taste delicious 100% plant-based dishes: appetizers, starters, main courses and desserts. We made some great culinary discoveries. I am particularly looking forward to testing the cauliflower/cashew nut mousse in my kitchen ! Thank you Vanessa!
I loved my evening at Vanessa's table d'hôte. First of all, the cuisine is incredibly creative, both for the eyes and the taste buds. Everything is local and seasonal, even the drinks. Not at all rustic but on the contrary joyful and poetic. With my 2 friends we spent a magnificent evening, enlivened by the meetings around the table as much as the surprise of each mouthful. I recommend!
Delicious, refined, innovative and healthy cuisine. Vanessa will make you have an unforgettable time. I highly recommend!
The work is very good and the food is definitely worth the detour!
