Publix - Prattville

I love Publix everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have wonderful products, bakery and delicacies. It is a great store for me because they have a good stock of international goods. If you get away from home your favorite food make you feel less homesick! The shop is clean and well maintained and the service is great!!

The manager, Bill, at this publix in Pratsville, AL went out of his way to make my daughter birthday special. I live in St. Louis, Mo and tried to get some cupcakes to my daughter's college football team who were on their birthday. Come to find out in my conversation with Bill was that he visited an alum from my daughter college. Little world! Not only did he leave the cupcakes personally in their hotel on the street, but he also brought balloons in the colors of the school with a happy birthday balloon. Southern hospitality is true! Such helpfulness, kindness and courtesy showed a mediator he did not know. Thanks again for my daughter's special birthday party when her family couldn't be with her!

Publix is a business where you can always go in and it is clean, tidy and friendly. I was in many south and never have a bad experience. Thanks for shopping in a clean and friendly grocery store. Other shops could take some notes on how to offer great service.

Everyone at this point was very friendly and very helpful. We had them a celebration of life for my brother in law and it was amazing with all the food they prepared together with the desserts and drinks. They are a very professional company and take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful customer service. You can also find unique items that aren't sold in any other grocery store. The fruit salad bar is so fresh. Made right on front of your eyes.
