Different type of vibe here, waitress won't even turn up the music when asked although you can barely hear it. Food can be decent but check out other options before stopping here.

Love Jc's North of 8! They got plenty of room for big families. They have deee-lish food and they are all so friendly! Pleasant to be around.

They have fantastic food and service! The owners are very fun and attentive people and the patrons are very nice too! The chicken wings are the best I ever had! The haddock is also great!

We are thrilled that Jc's has reopened! We were disappointed when it was closed last month while we were in the area. Luckily, we were back in the area last weekend and heard that they had reopened. We are huge fans of their Friday Fish fry and during their closure, we tried several other restaurants within an hour of Catawba. Jc's was definitely the best, even compared to some upscale dining options. They offer the best Friday Fish dishes at a great price, with excellent service and friendly patrons always up for a chat. Thank you for consistently providing great service and food. We will continue to support your establishment whenever we visit.
