The cashier also gave us a free chocolate chip cookie. Thay they even heated. It was oozing chocolate! . We ate our sandwiches out on the back porch which had a beautiful deck. It was perfect and the sandwiches were delicious. Generous portion size . Then the baker was bused our table and even waited to let me use the bathroom before locking up. This place is embodies excellent kind customer service- clearly the staff is happy here. And their bakery case looked fantastic.
Went in for a coffee, as the first place we tried to go to was not open on time, the coffee was good, extremely hot. Ordered a breakfast burrito that took about 15 minutes to come out. The burrito was good but took way too long to come out. They did apologize and said the stove was not hot yet, but shouldn't that be the first thing you turn on when you get in the morning if it takes that long to heat up!
I loved this Bakery!! I'm so sad they closed. The new bakery that opened in its place, Gypsy does not use as good of ingredients and the food does not taste as good at all. Very disappointed!!!!
The food is delicious, but one of the chefs had hair in his face, which he kept pushing back with his bare hands, as he prepared food items, with his bare hands.....maybe a cap would help? And a $5 charge is added, if paying with a credit card ?
Olde World Bakery is Prescott’s hidden gem. Their food is some of the best in town. Spinach feta croissants melt in your mouth. The muffins, cinnamon rolls, soups, cookies bread taste like they’re prepared in a European bakery. They are tucked in off of Goodwin, (Firehouse Square) not visible from the town square therefore don’t get the foot traffic they deserve. They do have an outdoor patio. The owner works very hard to make high quality baked goods. Stop by to say hi support this small town business!
