Ciao Bella - Prescott Valley

Absolutely delicious! Just thinking about the lasagna is making my mouth water! What a wonderful experience!

I dined at the restaurant with my husband and child last night, and we were greeted with an unpleasant atmosphere within just 10 minutes of placing our order. When I inquired about the loud man in the back, the young woman taking our order explained that it was Leon, the owner. She also mentioned they had lost their pizza cook recently, which accounted for the delay. It's disheartening that even the management couldn't maintain a professional demeanor. I certainly won't be returning to support a place like this. The owner was openly criticizing the waitstaff, and when our food finally arrived, it was far from satisfactory. Maybe it would be wise to bring back the previous cook!
