Panda Express - Prescott Valley

The service was fully personalized, and we didn't have to wait long to be served. There were some new items on the menu, and they were quite tasty. However, the sweet and sour chicken, which used to be one of our favorites, is unfortunately no longer well-seasoned. What a shame!

The location of Prescott Valley is fantastic! The food is great, and the staff is lively! It may be a bit pricey, but that's just the way things are these days.

Additionally, I tried to use a gift card that I was sure had money on it, but the girl at the counter said it had a zero balance and asked if I wanted the card back. Of course, I did. When I got home, I checked and discovered there was actually $47.40 left on that card, even though she insisted it was empty. How many other people might be told their cards have a zero balance when they actually still have money?

Someone has to see the cameras. We had dinner tonight at 8:42 and asked the staff when you close, they said 9:30, but they were out of more things then they had, but we were hungry, so we ordered. When we started eating one of our employees, we decided to mop the floor and even mop over another patron. If you do not say nearby, 9:30 operate your exercise as normal or near 9.......

Great teamwork, courtesy, positivity. Wonderful working team tonight. Clean, fast, great amount for such a good price in these times. very happy.
