We live close to this one so try and go there thru the drice thru. However i think we will stop going there Its slow even when not busy. The girls are not overly polite. They usually get order wrong. Last time they gave the guy ahead of us our order. So we had to wait again. This time we got home after ordering Big Macs and they didnt have sauce on them....couple if bites. So disappointing. You dont wabt to be on the road and go thru that.
Prescott is a nice place to visit, but there are limited dinner options at night. This McDonald's was the only thing open and it saved us. Like everything in Canada, it had air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and clean bathrooms.
Ok so only comparing to other McDonalds, not all restaurants. in general. We went by the first time on our way to our vacation.Went thru drive through and they seemingly lost track of our order, they repeated back two completely different ones until finally we said forget it, and we went inside. Ultimately to our demise as the bathrooms stank and had pee all over the floor, literally had to clean my wife's shoes once she got out.So on our way back home I had to make a pit stop since I was falling asleep, just happened to be right there again, thought maybe the last time was just a bad night and gave them another chance. Ordered an iced coffee and 'as big a cup of ice that you can give me' (chewing on ice helps prevent me from falling asleep at the wheel). Girl comes back with coffee (which was fine) and a relatively small cup, no worries, just asked her once more for a really big cup, so she literally rolls her eyes at me and takes I back, I comment to my wife about the un necessary attitude, upon return she hands me an adequate large cup, literally just a hand out the window, looking the other way (i.e, super crazy teenager attitude), and shuts the window, no words, no thanks, no sorry for the mistake.Anyways, make no wonder they were interviewing people right next to us the first time we went, it's clear that the bad customer service is fostered by mismanagement.Hope for their sake that corporate or the chain owners step in before it declines further.
We decided to stop at this restaurant because my wife enjoys McDonald's soft serve ice cream cones. However, when we attempted to order one at the drive-thru, we were informed that their ice cream machine was not working. Surprisingly, we received the same response at the Lancaster, ON location a few weeks ago. This has me questioning if McDonald's has stopped serving soft serve ice cream cones altogether, or if there are specific issues at these two locations.
