Coach Horses - Preston

I made an online reservation, but when we arrived, the staff had no record of it. We ordered drinks, which were served in plastic glasses. I was informed that this was due to an event that had already ended, but I pointed out that plastic glasses are typically reserved for outdoor drinking, not for those dining in. Unfortunately, they insisted they were correct. When I looked at the menu, I found it very limited. Overall, I was extremely disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special occasion, and it really spoiled our experience. As a local, I won't be returning anytime soon. We are two dissatisfied customers.
