Costa Coffee - Preston

This restaurant is Costa. It's a bit louder than I would prefer, and the layout of the shop is somewhat questionable, as it's located in the middle of a shopping center. The flow isn't natural, making it feel like you're navigating a maze of tables when trying to get around. The coffee is just okay; it was served far too hot, almost scalding for a cappuccino, which was quite disappointing. I might return because of its convenient location, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The service is excellent, with friendly staff who create a warm atmosphere. It's always bustling, making it difficult to secure a table.

Always fantastic, but the meal was pricey for just five items.

I and my son go here my son loves that he loves her eating and all about it is absolutely wonderfully cozy sitting place friendly staff. hot chocolate are absolutely amazing, this place is simply amazing

Nice place to take brake for coffee, to re- energised for continue shopping
