The staff orchestrated a symphony of service with unparalleled grace and warmth, turning mundane moments into delightful escapades. The elixir they served, a potion of perfection, whispered sweet promises to my weary soul, invigorating me with each sip. My time at pumpkin was not just a pause in a journey but a delightful detour into a realm of comfort and joy. Five stars, without a doubt, for an experience that transcended mere coffee and embraced the essence of hospitality and charm.
Had a very lovely experience. Was served by Teigan who was lovely and helped me with any questions I had. Will definitely return.
Whilst waiting for our train to arrive this morning, I decided to quickly pop into the Pumpkin Cafe at Carlisle Railway Station for a couple of croissants and drinks Breakfast). Very friendly lovely member of staff served me, Tracey) enquired about my impending journey etc, she was so cheerful and accommodating, happy in her work, it was a pleasure to go in and be served by such staff. The cafe itself I noticed was very clean and well stocked, will definitely return again when I next travel by train.
Changing trains from Lancaster to Liverpool at Preston I had just enough time to grab a coca cola and a bag of crisps at this Pumpkin Cafe. The cafe itself is rather cool looking, interior is like a sort of shelter,it's functional rather than aesthetically pleasing on the eye, that's what I most enjoyed about this cafe which is most certainly very popular ,service was pleasant and quick ,couldn't complain about anything about my visit here,it's most certainly worth seeking out if your in Preston Railway Station.
My husband and I visited this restaurant before heading to the Manchester markets for my birthday on November 22nd. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing start to the day. The advertisement clearly stated an offer of a bacon barm with a coffee for £1.75. It said specifically that it was from £1.75 with any hot drink. However, I was charged £1.75 plus the full price of a coffee, as well as an additional coffee, totaling over £7.00. When I brought this to the attention of the male worker, he shrugged his shoulders and insisted that it was only £1.75 for the bacon barm. This felt like a deceptive and dishonest way to treat customers. I would appreciate a response to this issue.
