Quattro Italian Cusine - Preston

Obviously if you know me and that you know that Quattro has a special place in my heart. I've been going here for the last 5 years and not once has it disappointed , very consistent, lively mood, nice seating arrangement and wonderful staff. Shout out to the mandem , Ibby , Hasnain and Pushkar for spending quality time with me here .

Accidentally spotted this place while shopping for grocery and thought of giving it a try. The dining area was clean and very comfortable wide seats. Ordered a family meal of fried chicken for 4. For £10 the portions were generous and arrived hot fresh. The fried chicken were superb, crispy and succulent. Also got unlimited mayonnaise, chilli sauce, ketchup, mint sauce. I am definitely going to visit again and try their Italian dishes. I would definitely recommend this place for a decent meal with family. Nothing extravagant but you definitely get the worth for your money. Only wish the staff could be bit more friendly, smiling courteous, I always believe even if your food is not good but if served with warmth and smile they taste much better ;

I used to come here a bit as it was close to my work. I ordered from here last week and it was cold!!. The pasta was sloppy!!. Vile will not return again!!

I came into Quattro for the 2nd time in my life the other day, and I will not be giving it another go! The first time I came, the service wasn't good and we decided to eat in. The man that took our order could barely speak English and messed up our order, which then resulting in getting the wrong food sent out to us (with a half hour wait) taking into consideration this is an Italian take away. When I visited again, it was extremely refreshing to see two smiley happy young ladies working, who both did speak fluent English. They made me feel welcome but I only took out this time. As I waited for food I heard this same man again speaking very aggressively and rudely to the girls. Eventually when I got my food the standard was poor. I ordered a pizza and a pasta and the pizza tasted hard, the garlic bread was disgusting, it tasted like clay and the amount of sloppy garlic was unbearable. The pasta was bland and runny. I will not be visiting again!
